I'm surprised that with all the problems that our country is currently facing, the care as to how the President is viewed still in some way has to do with the color of his skin. From my point of view: Black, White, Asian, Hispanic(Legal or not), Jewish, or whatever other color/mix you care to put together doesn't really matter...people are bound to dislike & disagree for one reason or another. I find it all to funny that with the lack of proper care for Veterans such as myself, the ever rising amount of crime that every city faces, low education standards across the board, two wars(no matter your stance), automakers faltering, and sh**ty attempts at a "Greener America", we can still find the time to poll just to see how people feel about the "First Black President". The President, the office of the president, and that it is meant to stand for means absolutely nothing to families who are too busy trying to find a way to keep their heads above water. I ...

The following is an open request for help to anyone who can. Please read the following stories, provided courtesy of the Corpus Christi Caller Times: 1 Navy pilot's body found By: Fanny S. Chirinos, Elaine Masilio CORPUS CHRISTI — Coast Guard officials confirmed late Friday they found the body of one of the Navy pilots missing since Wednesday. Coast Guard crews found the body 11 miles northeast of Port Aransas after receiving a call from a floating rig about 4:40 p.m. reporting something in the water, said Coast Guard spokesman Lt. Nick Leiter. The other pilot has not been found and no debris from the plane has been located, Leiter said. Navy officials identified the pilots Friday as Lt. John Joseph Houston and Lt. Bret Travis Miller. Coast Guard officials did not identify the name of the deceased. Both instructors have combat support experience and were graduates of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md.
